New means of communication constitute a parallel unit of influence of traditional means, in that network communication interacts the roles of a transmitter to a recipient, and vice versa, and a kind of merging with the private communication environment occurs if the group that he communicates with is his reference group intellectually; Or socially.
Likewise, in the virtual space, everyone contributes to the production of its content through publishing, commenting, and segmenting media messages through videos and pictures. Here lies the great transformation where the recipient creates the event and presents it in the way that it likes, and from the angle that Be seen by the event; Or the issue, unlike in the traditional media that is managed in a centralized manner, and has oversight mechanisms and roles that are difficult to ignore.
The Internet has made significant changes to the structure of the connection, enabling the recipient to manufacture the content rather than just being exposed to it.
Virtual space has become a vital public area for discussion, dialogue, and the export of ideas and opinions among people without decentralization, but this does not mean that we are alone in this scene as there are professional hands that create and reinforce some of the contents, which may be coordinated behind the recipient audience; Or object to it, and weaken its usefulness.
In today’s world, the elite era that prevailed before the emergence of the Internet has retreated, and we have entered into the era of collective culture that various societal forces contribute to producing as the issue of public speeches, articles, and debates is no longer
It is restricted to elites alone, but the public has become a partner in its production.
What is going on in social networks raises my attention to a state of swelling charged with intolerance, and tension in the pages concerned with the Libyan affairs, and perhaps a reflection of the situation experienced by the Libyan society as a result of the harsh conditions experienced by them, including forced displacement at home and abroad, as well as the loss of cash , Power outages, and security deterioration, not to mention the low level of services, not to mention the internal influences of the individual. The foregoing does not negate the existence of pages that start from rational premises that define what reality is precisely, and delineates the features of the scene, which are considered superior and have a specific audience.
Despite what we have mentioned, this public domain is dominated by a state of turmoil, in which hate speech, violence, rumors, and lies that do not help society out of the dark tunnel, and with regret, find such pages, and followers who register For comments, considerations on topics, if we think about them with logic, and wisdom, we will find that they lack to endorse the state of consciousness must prevail in the general scene, and put forward intellectual remedies to save society from the systematic dumping that flattens the public’s awareness, and underestimates their mental capabilities.
The paths of the message in the social media networks must be a national message in which the spirit of citizenship, affiliation, and the presentation of the public interest of the country is higher than narrow self-interests. The absence of the state has produced a sticky gelative state that alienates the citizens from twins with it. I bring it up because of the colonial powers, and the moral decline of some members of society who presented the country as an offering to please the dominant powers of the world.
