I, Valiyev Maarif Vali oglu was born on June 27, 1995, in the city of Baku, graduated from secondary school No. 182 in the village of Binagadi, and then on July 20, 2016, was sent to military service. I served in military unit N of the Agjabedi region. On July 1, 2017, I was demobilized from the army, afterward, I started working in different places.

Before the war, I worked as an accountant.

On September 21, 2020, I was recruited for military training. On September 27, the Patriotic War started, and in this war, I began to fight for the freedom of our lands.

As it is known, our lands have been occupied by the Armenian occupiers for almost 30 years, we all united into a single fist and carried out the orders of our commanders, and a fierce battle unfolded along the entire border. We witnessed the atrocities and vandalism of Armenians everywhere, they destroyed the cities, villages, and settlements that they left.

We also suffered losses during the war. Our army has manifested great heroism and courage.

During the attack in the direction of the Burulgan gorge, we killed 6 people and wounded 11 as a result of mortar shelling of the enemy. The Armenian invaders everywhere showed cruelty and did not allow the evacuation of our wounded from the battlefield, even fired at ambulances.

On the 14th, advancing in the direction of the bloody valley, we inflicted heavy crushing blows on the enemy; on October 20, I was wounded in the leg and wounded. I had to be evacuated, and my associates pulled me out of the battlefield, albeit with difficulty.

In that battle, other soldiers were also wounded, unfortunately, there were fallen heroes, and then our comrades came to the rescue, I was taken as a wounded to a hospital 11 km away in the arms of my fellow soldiers. They bandaged my leg. Later I was hospitalized in several hospitals and, thanks to our doctors and nurses, I was treated slowly.

Although I was wounded in battle, if necessary, and if the Supreme Commander-in-Chief gives an order, I will go to defend my Motherland.
