The American government was designed for such an hour as its checks and balances would be put to the test. The 2020 election cycle is an example of that ultimate test. The 2020 U.S. election cycle has called into question even the most obscure language of the U.S. Constitution, State constitutions, amendments, as well as federal and state laws and acts, as the United States calls on the writ of the law to review a presidential election that now appears to have been riddled with fraud and irregularity. Among the American people, the majority of the incumbent president’s party, and even a demographic of the opposition party, the nation is united in its concern that fraud has disenfranchised a clean half of the American voting public.

This is a narrative contrary to what the mainstream media and the social personalities publish. These outlets strategically promote contradicting narratives because they are themselves under intense scrutiny as being in part complicit to the alleged fraud of the 2020 cycle. Held to specific scrutiny was the media’s tendency to inflate the pro-Democratic party’s performance numbers despite mathematical trends in the twilight hour of Election Day that trended toward an opposing outcome. Likewise, the Associated Press has reported the United States election as called for Biden’s candidacy, yet legal challenges, contests, and audits for fraud make the projected results unofficial until both the electors and the Congress have reviewed the results. The Congress will meet to certify the election based on both the final outcome of legal challenges of the projected results on January 6. Several senators, including recently Senator Ted Cruz, have stated that they will contest and oppose the election certification based on the current projected results when the Congress meets.

Despite an abundance of emerging evidence requesting a full audit of Dominion voting systems, the mainstream media is effectively engaged in a smear campaign against the spokespersons of the public interest, diverting coverage or circulating pejorative narratives of those who have called on the American legal system to audit the projected results. The projected results depict a mathematically implausible scenario in which the projected-elect candidate Biden won by a historic landslide vote when he had underperformed in the polling.

Throughout American history, incumbent presidents typically do not lose their reelection campaign if they improve their minority performance and voting performance in their second campaign. This mathematical variance was discussed on the Life, Liberty, and Levin program hosted by Mark Levin on Fox News, during the interview with his special guest Patrick Basham. Basham is the founding director of the Democracy Institute. He stated that, while the election results were not mathematically impossible per se they were mathematically implausible. Then, he gave Fox News his analysis.

Incumbent presidents can win reelection mathematically even if they slightly underperform their previous election campaign, as was the case with Barack Obama in the 2012 reelection. In the case of Donald Trump’s campaign in 2020, the incumbent had improved his favorability among minorities, religious minorities, and women voters over the 2016 cycle. Whereas Biden was not the most favorable candidate of the Democratic party, with the rhetoric of the days preceding his nominations being almost that of the Democratic party needs to settle on a candidate after the Bernie Sanders campaign had been exhausted and withdrawn.

This disenfranchisement was allegedly caused in part by Dominion voting software, software traced to the Chinese communist party. The allegations also argue that Dominion’s outsource teams called on the Iranian regime to promote the circumstances of alleged fraud across the states.

While it remains to be proven in the review of the Supreme Court, as many of the civil cases are dismissed at the state level, these allegations are not implausible. A review of the record shows instances in which both China and Iran have had motive and means to influence the United States domestic government, whether directly or indirectly.

Chinese direct influlence

In the case of China, the direct influence of U.S. domestic politics is achieved through the pressure of finance as well. U.S. defense and security experts likewise analyze that the Chinese government deliberately weaponized the spread of COVID-19 to shake United States security.

“My sense is that the coronavirus itself was deliberately spread by the Chinese communist party,” said ret.Brigadier General Robert Spalding. Spalding is a defense analysis expert who has served in senior positions in the U.S. Defense Department after retiring as a brigadier general.

When asked if the Chinese government had directly influenced the United States domestic politics, Spalding was adamant that this had occurred via misinformation campaigns as well as financial influence.

“Certainly there was disinformation and influence campaigns.

Whether there was specific fraud, I think we’re going to have to wait on the evidence. I suspect that there was,” he said, regarding misinformation campaigns.

“The easiest way they exploit U.S. domestic politics is through our firms, but of course this is happening all around the world.”

He described a scenario in which the Chinese government uses its business influence to demand the firing and suppression of employees in American companies who speak out against the Chinese Communist Party, to promote the influence of Chinese communist rhetoric in the west. Spalding stated that the United States would need to be “very tough” in its crackdown of CCP influence in finance and information sectors, to curtail the more direct effects. The U.S. could do this by preventing CCP property theft, manipulation of sales lists, the suppression of speech done through companies, and so forth. However, the issue, he noted, was spread diversely throughout the American economic system, making the challenge severe. The CCP’s influence has, in his estimation, spread to law firms consulting, equities and bonds trade, and throughout the economic system from these quintessential functions.

“The list is almost uncountable of the different ways the Chinese government could exploit the U.S. political system because it is an open system, “said Spalding.

The Chinese communist party would have a great interest in the outcome of the U.S. presidential election in 2020 because of Joe Biden’s more lenient policies regarding China. Spalding stated that, strategically, to avoid further entanglement with Chinese communism, the United States should “decouple from Chinese society” and invest its interests back in American domestic infrastructure, pushing for the protection of domestic data and the growth of the pro-democratic function. This strategy, however, has been disengaged with by the Democratic party.

“Biden expresses less interest,” said Spalding, referring to Biden’s stance on decoupling from Chinese society and governmental influence over U.S. enterprise, when compared with the Trump administration’s performance in this area. Spalding noted a similar disengagement from tactical distancing with the Chinese government had been a repeat mistake of administrations preceding the Trump administration. He warned that Biden would repeat the same tactical errors.

“If Biden were to follow in the footsteps of other administrations_Obama, Bush and Clinton, for example, I think it will be very dangerous to our international security,” said Spalding.

China is by no means the exclusive foreign actor with an interest in swaying the United States domestic policy. This has been observed as long ago as the 2016 cycle in which the general public sounded outcry over Russia via Russian bots through Twitter as having attempted to influence the election outcome of that cycle. The 2016 cycle was not contested or audited to the same degree as the 2020 election, but rhetoric regarding the outcome continued to circulate in the press for the entirety of Trump’s 2016-2020 era term. It is likely that, after legal contests, if Trump is reelected, the mainstream media will stress a narrative that presents Trump’s reelection as a domestic coup. This is a narrative that foreign entities have taken advantage of. Social personalities of the Qatari Islamist propaganda have circulated this rhetoric, even via memes that circulate the comparison of Trump to Islamic faction leaders and entertained in jest the possibility that Trump would go so far as to launch a separatist government.

U.S. parties appear divided over Caucasus policies, action stalled by election

The Islamic bloc stands in anticipation of the projected election results being verified, and in some cases, Islamism is seen to have worked to ensure this outcome. Lawsuits filed by federal appeals attorney Sidney Powell have alleged Iranian influence in the election cycle of 2020 via connection to the Dominion software server. The influence of the Iranian regime would be typical of the regime’s anti-American stance and need to revive its collapsing infrastructure.

Dr. Reza Parchizadeh, an Iran expert, noted that Iran considers America to be its “arch-nemesis” or the “Great Satan” detrimental to the agendas of the Islamic Republic. This is due to the fact that America’s political system is in stark contrast to the regime control and public suppression of Iran’s powerful ayatollahs. Iran would have specific interest in promoting a Biden candidacy, Parchizadeh noted, because Biden would be a lesser liability for the Iranian regime’s agenda than Trump would.

“The general purpose of the Iranian regime in interfering in US presidential elections is to undermine the liberal world order through compromising democratic values and procedures. It is important for all dictatorships around the world to embarrass the United States on a regular basis and show that democracy is not the best possible form of government after all,” said Dr. Parchizadeh.

“It somehow justifies their own existence. That is the goal the Iranian regime prominently shares with the regimes in Russia, China, and Qatar. However, the regime’s particular purpose in this election was to get rid of Trump, because he has really pushed the regime to the brink. The ayatollahs’ and IRGC’s perception was that another four years of Trump in the White House would be tantamount to the collapse of the regime in Iran, and that necessitated his departure at any cost.”

U.S. parties appear divided over Caucasus policies, action stalled by election

Parchizadeh also noted that cooperation between Iran and China to ensure the projected election outcome would not be outside the realm of plausibility.

“As I am not tech-savvy, I can’t really say anything about Dominion. But I can definitely say that this is the age of information warfare. And we have hard evidence that the Iranian regime broke into voter information databases and used that info to send out fake threatening messages – that targeted Trump’s campaign – to some constituencies around the country,” said Dr. Parchizadeh, regarding Iran’s inteference.

“The regime will want to get as much info as it can on sensitive American institutions and civil and political procedures to exploit or disrupt them. The regimes in Iran and China certainly cooperate security-wise. Recently, they even made it formal through a 25-year strategic agreement. According to that agreement, Chinese telecommunications systems and urban security devices will be utilized across Iran to monitor Iranian citizens. The same will happen in the military-security sphere, where Sino-Russian radar and jamming systems will be installed in Iran to counter foreign attacks and enhance offensive abilities. It is only logical to assume that Iran and China also work together in their cyber warfare against the United States.”

Sidney Powell alleged in her lawsuits that Dominion software was created by China and has been deployed across the world to secure Chinese foreign political interests. This cyber warfare has been seen in numerous accounts of telecommunications espionage throughout the last four years and was the direct prompted cause for the U.S. trade war of attrition with the Chinese economy, which included sanctions against telecom giants Huawei and ZTE.

Iran, suffering collapse under its current status with the American political system, would have the motive to work with China directly, as Powell alleges, to ensure a more malleable American system. Iran may not be completely satisfied with either U.S. presidential candidate but would need to choose between the two to suit its own ends.

“Regarding the Iranian regime’s satisfaction with Biden or Trump, it is rather difficult to say. As the regime is almost on the verge of collapse, they look like they were readying themselves for a new round of negotiations, no matter who got into the White House. The regime basically hates the US because it regards America as the main obstacle to its establishment of a worldwide Islamist empire,” said Dr. Parchizadeh, regarding Iran’s agenda.

“However, material limitations be what they are, the regime understands that every once in a while it needs to come to the table and talk to its arch-nemesis, the “Great Satan.” And they will negotiate only to prevaricate and buy time until they get their atom bomb and regional empire, and not for addressing the West’s fundamental concerns. But apparently, the ayatollahs’ and IRGC generals’ preference is to negotiate with an enemy they think they can handle (Biden) rather than with what they regard as a loose cannon (Trump).”

On December 8, The Epoch Times reported that Sidney Powell had motioned to appeal her lawsuits that were shot down by Georgia’s federal courts as not having been filed in the appropriate court. Powell has faced the same obstacle that her counterparts in the Trump legal team have faced, and that is the behavior of the state governors and courts that stand as obstacles to the federal due process of her investigation. In the case of the Georgia appeal, the U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Batten ruled that Powell’s team had no grounds to sue, should have sued in the state court and that they filed the appeal too late in the juncture. Powell has written an urgent message to appeal Batten’s ruling.

At the level of the states, multiple governors and their cabinets are held in public scrutiny for allegedly failing to do their civic duty. In the case of Georgia, Governor Brian Kemp has been held under scrutiny for failing to ensure a signature audit of mail-in voting ballots. Mail-in voting ballots are held under the intense scrutiny of the basis of evidence of domestic fraud in the election, as many had the appearance of being manufactured in Biden’s favor, with numbers highly implausible based on the non-polling factors and voting registration data pre-election. Georgia is engaged in a heated political exchange over the certification of votes, as Governor Kemp still failed to require signature validation as of December 8, and the Georgia Secretary of State reaffirmed his earlier certification of the election post the recount. The Trump campaign continues to argue that a recount of votes is not enough if the votes were fraudulent, to begin with, and has demanded a full audit of the Georgia election.

This argument has been echoed by Sidney Powell’s separate legal complaint. Powell’s complaint alleges “ballot stuffing” methods that were made difficult to trace by the software created by foreign actors.

“The fraud was executed by many means, but the most fundamentally troubling, insidious, and egregious is the systemic adaptation of old-fashioned “ballot-stuffing.” It has now been amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software created and run by domestic and foreign actors for that very purpose. Mathematical and statistical anomalies rising to the level of impossibilities, as shown by affidavits of multiple witnesses, documentation, and expert testimony evince this scheme across the state of Georgia. Especially egregious conduct arose in Forsyth, Spalding, Cherokee, Hall, and Barrow County. This scheme and artifice to defraud affected tens of thousands of votes in Georgia alone and “rigged” the election in Georgia for Joe Biden,” reads Powell’s lawsuit.

The lawsuit drew upon a direct comparison of the 2020 U.S. presidential election cycle and the election of the Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez:

“The massive fraud begins with the election software and hardware from Dominion Voting Systems Corporation (“Dominion”) only recently purchased and rushed into use by Defendants Governor Brian Kemp, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, and the Georgia Board of Elections. Sequoia voting machines were used in 16 states and the District of Columbia in 2006. Smartmatic, which has revenue of about $100 million, focuses on Venezuela and other markets outside the U.S. 3 After selling Sequoia, Smartmatic’s chief executive, Anthony Mugica. Mr. Mugica said, he hoped Smartmatic would work with Sequoia on projects in the U.S., though Smartmatic wouldn’t take an equity stake.” Id. 5. Smartmatic and Dominion were founded by foreign oligarchs and dictators to ensure computerized ballot-stuffing and vote manipulation to whatever level was needed to make certain Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez never lost another election. (See Redacted whistleblower affiant, attached as Exh. 2) Notably, Chavez “won” every election thereafter. 3 See, Smartmatic to Sell U.S. Unit, End Probe,” continued the lawsuit.

The lawsuit gave its arguments of domestic voting fraud via the Dominion systems noting the program’s lack of a concrete audit log and that the program is easily editable. The lawsuit then goes on to describe how China and Iran were implicated as foreign actors involved in the manipulation of Dominion voting systems.

“As explained and demonstrated in the accompanying redacted declaration of a former electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence with experience gathering SAM missile system electronic intelligence, the Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent US general election in 2020. This Declaration further includes a copy of the patent records for Dominion Systems in which Eric Coomer is listed as the first of the inventors of Dominion Voting Systems. (See Attached hereto as Exh. 8, copy of redacted witness affidavit, 17 pages, November 23, 2020).

Expert Navid Keshavarez-Nia explains that US intelligence services had developed tools to infiltrate foreign voting systems including Dominion. He states that Dominion’s software is vulnerable to data manipulation by unauthorized means and permitted election data to be altered in all battleground states. He concludes that hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump in the 2020 general election were transferred to former Vice-President Biden. (Exh. 26).”

Election fraud patterns extend farther back

Sidney Powell’s argument that Smartmatic and Dominion were founded by foreign oligarchs may have pattenrs of democratic disruption observable even farther back than the 2020 cycle, and besides the Chavez election.

Smartmatic’s promotional case studies reveal the use of the company’s biometric voter authentication in Pakistan as long ago as 2014.

Smartmatic’s case study reveals that Smartmatic has a local partner in Pakistan called Roseace. Smartmatic hosted an event on March 7, 2014, that engaged members of the Pakistani Parliament, and representatives from the Election Commission of Pakistan, as well as international granting agencies, NGOs, and local media. The British Deputy High Commissioner John Tucknott was also present for this event.

The same year that Smartmatic hosted its event in Islamabad, was a year of chaos in Pakistan. The political seminar in March with the Smartmatic team was followed up with a “soft coup” in September 2014. Pakistan’s election cycle had occurred in May 2013 citing the LibraryS of Congress. Smartmatic states that the Pakistani Election Assembly used its systems in this election cycle, and was later reconditioned politically in the early months of 2014.

War on the Rocks commented on the soft coup that followed, stating that Pakistani had converged on the capital of Islamabad that fall to demand the resignation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, who was elected in 2013 using the Smartmatic software, in the first full transition from one democratically elected government to another to occur in Pakistan. Sharif almost immediately created irksome circumstances for the Pakistani military. Immediately after taking power, Sharif put Pervez Musharraf, who overthrew Sharif in a 1999 coup, on trial for treason.

Talking point: Did Smartmatic influence in the election disenfranchise Pakistani voters in 2013 which set the stage for the coup the following year?

In Georgia, there are also questions now of the potential to self-sabotage the election system. The Smartmatic technology was ushered in after profound issues of primary voting in June 2020. NPR News posted regarding the long lines and widespread issues that were alleged with a 104 million dollar EMV system. The wait ranges were within five hours. Lines were extremely long, even while the commission attempted to enforce social distancing protocols of the COVID-19 pandemic. The polls extended their opening times and even then lines were still extremely long. The delays to voting systems in these key areas were attributed to voting system blackouts. Similar instances of voting delay were observed in Chicago in earlier primaries. The COVID-19 pandemic was largely in part to blame for the delay in election commission processing.

The COVID-19 pandemic was anticipated to cause issues such as those described above, long in advance. This prompted some cases of emergency legislation, such as that by Amy Klobuchar in Minnesota in March 2020, to make special concessions for the coronavirus issues.

“The Natural Disaster and Emergency Ballot Act would expand early in-person voting and no-excuse absentee vote-by-mail to all states and would reimburse states for additional costs in administering elections during the coronavirus pandemic,” states the news release by Amy Klobuchar published on March 13.

Arguments by the Trump campaign

The Trump campaign has argued that in the state of Michigan the Michigan Supreme Court should review a legal challenge that would prove the election process violated the Michigan state constitution. The electoral college has not yet voted, the campaign argues. Michigan has certified its election results in favor of Biden, but the Trump campaign has asked the state’s top court to declare that the Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson violated the state’s constitution and election laws by allowing absentee ballots to be counted without meaningful access for poll challenger observation. The campaign presented a brief to the Michigan Supreme Court that requested an oral argument, contending that the appeal was one of an emergency election issue and had a significant public interest because it was against an incumbent public official. See the full brief.

The Trump campaign likewise was granted motions for immediate consideration on the grounds of a judge’s dissenting opinion which states that the election contest is not moot because electors have not yet met.

U.S. parties appear divided over Caucasus policies, action stalled by election

“The issue of mootness is more than the “elephant in the room”. The issues are not moot because state electors have not yet been seated, the Electoral College has not yet been assembled, and Congress has not yet convened to consider whether to exercise its powers under Art.2, Sec. 1, and Am 20. Further plaintiff’s prayer for segregation of absentee ballots has, on information, not yet been ordered by the defendant Secretary of State. Also, the right of the plaintiff to election inspectors and to observe a video of ballot drop boxes is self-evident under state law, thus entitling the plaintiff to, at the least, declaratory relief,” stated the dissenting opinion of Michigan Court of Appeals Judge Patrick Meter, in the Donald J Trump for President Inc v Secretary of State court of appeals document.

Updates on recent voter fraud

In addition to Sidney Powell’s lawsuit, the State of Texas filed a lawsuit on December 8 requesting that the Supreme Court rule the 2020 presidential election in four “battleground” states unconstitutional. The lawsuit was filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

In addition to Texas’ lawsuit, the Arizona GOP’s legislative body has called for the decertification of the election results. The Republican House Majority Leader of Arizona Warren Petersen issued a statement that noted that the Dominion software allegations were the most troubling. He called a forensic audit “imperative.”

Also, the Michigan House GOP leader State Rep. Matt Hall has likewise called on the Dominion Software CEO to appear or be subpoenaed. This was reported by The Epoch Times. A letter was presented by Matt Hall to Dominion CEO John Poulos on December 7.

On December 8, at 3:00 pm Chicago time, Americans gathered for an Election Fraud Truth Summit. During the summit, which was put on by the Economic War Room, speakers stated that lawmakers had failed to respond to the concern of their constituents with voter fraud, likening it to a murder scene in a car where no one was willing to open the car’s trunk and investigate for murder. Other speakers noted that the Dominion Voting system fractionalized the voting tabulation, calling them “flawlessly designed to cheat”. The summit likewise noted that multiple tech professionals have reported the issues with the Dominion System’s complex system issues when the machine should be no more than a glorified bean counter.

See the whole episode on XOTV.

The summit likewise noted the voter turnout numbers and voting irregularities of the U.S. election, noting that it would be the equivalent of receiving a speeding ticket for 535 mph, physically impossible in an automobile. The volume of votes uploaded in the machines, the Economic War Room summit argued, was physically impossible.

All of the issues with the software, and the hand count audit, which found missing votes for Donald Trump, have prompted a request for a forensic audit of the servers of the voting machines.

Likewise, the Economic War Room spoke with Colonel John Wells to discuss foreign interference.

“I don’t even know where to begin with this question, there are so many warning signs. The American public assumes that our elections are secure,” said Wells, citing an assumption that the election process is handled by pro-American parties. Wells cited that China has a hegemonic power plan to influence the election, which he called a “big juicy target” and an “influence operation on steroids.”

Wells also stated that the Chinese government is not concerned with being found out in their influence operations. He stated likewise that Russia has interfered in U.S. elections, but George Soros and China pay a much greater amount of money in “a massive blitz” to “essentially topple our election institution.”

Wells also stated that the intelligence community has not committed resources to the audit of Chinese influence. He said that this was because the American people are unaware of how American election processes work. For this reason, A.G. Barr and other officials at the Department of Justice, have given a prescribed response to accepted truth, rather than launching a formal investigation into the election processes. He likewise said that private companies behind such as Dominion are not well understood in their government relationship because they are privately held, and have only vague transparency. He likewise called the issues of election interference by the Chinese government a “Disneyland” for a Chinese interference campaign.

“All the evidence points that this was and is a massive Chinese influence operation,” said Wells.

Dr. Lin also spoke with the Economic War Room and played a telephone recording with Sidney Powell that states foreign paper counterfeit ballots were shipped in from China to fraud recounts. A young Chinese immigrant whose grandfather was a high-ranking member of the CCP has used his connections in China to investigate the issues. His connections led him back to an underground print shop in China. The shop was in Kwangtung, China, and showed two Chinese people discussing how to correctly print counterfeit American ballots so that they could mass-produce them and then ship them to the United States. This testimony and tape proved that “hundreds of thousands” of counterfeit ballots. Dr. Lin likewise stated that the federal authorities should investigate the issue, and stop the flow of counterfeit election ballots. He likewise stated that the Biden family has connections to high-ranking members of the Chinese CCP government. He stated that China had an express desire to replace Trump with Biden.

In a video played by Dr. Lin in the Economic War Room broadcast, a Chinese speaker stated that “at the top of America’s core of power, we have old friends.” He stated that Wall Street could not fix Trump, but now that Biden had been “elected” he and the political elite are strongly connected to Wall Street. This speaker’s statement also links Hunter Biden’s foreign firms to the Chinese communist regime. The Chinese speaker reflected that Joe Biden’s family posed an extreme risk to the national security of the United States.

Then, the Economic War Room called in Jay Valentine, who was the fraud detection system builder for eBay. He said that he had a long history of breaking fraud in internet crimes.

“When you’re looking at industrial-level fraud, fraud where you are charging with large data sets, the way that you find the fraud is that you look for a starting point. A starting point is found by looking for statistical pattern analysis.”

He stated that all data sets have patterns. He said that even fraud has patterns. He said that with statistical fraud you can see strange anomalies that will allow auditors to “dig in” and see where the true fraud was based on the implausible numbers. He stated that the type of fraud patterns seen in the United States election of 2020, the fraud would exist in an industrial computer algorithm form of fraud. He said that, if one could look at the source code of the voting machines, one would find how true fraud occurred in the U.S. elections.

Next, the Economic War Room was invited by former Inspector General Joe Schmitz. Schmitz was the one who wrote the Inspector General’s manual for investigating fraud and deliberate conspiracies. Schmitz noted that the Texas strategy of filing a lawsuit against other states, the state vs. state lawsuits is an invocation of the SCOTUS’s original jurisdiction over the election fraud cases. Schmitz also noted that the 14th Amendment may come into play. He stated that the amendments focused on the voting rights of freed slaves, and cited the Ku Klux Klan act that prevents violent conspiracies from disenfranchising voter rights, usually used to target freed slaves in hate crimes. Read the history of the Ku Klux Klan act of 1871 from the United States House of Representatives.

The Ku Klux Klan Act states that “if one or more persons” conspires to commit a conspiracy to defraud U.S. citizens of their right to vote would be a violation of the 14th Amendment. In this case, the Attorney General cited statistical analysis of the votes in the four states that he sued and used this as the grounds to sue all four states for conspiring to commit fraud.

Schmitz also noted that “free and fair elections” is the cardinal right of all civil rights and that this case is an extreme case of civil rights and the review of the “prime civil right.”

Schmitz stated that the SCOTUS should direct the states to “disregard the mail-in ballots” as open for fraud or “an invitation to steal.” He stated that the SCOTUS should direct states to stop inviting the theft of elections.

Also on December 8, the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies voted down a resolution that would have acknowledged Democratic nominee Joe Biden as president-elect. This happened with regards to multiple lawsuits incoming that would seek to contest the election results.
