Chief Chinedu Nwabuagha (a.k.a. Agbalusia Ngene), a man suspected to be a land daresay reportedly died while five others sustained various degrees of injuries during a bloody clash between two notorious cult groups in the Anambra community.

According to reports, the bloody clash occurred between Chinedu’s gang and suspected cultists on one hand, and the same Chinedu’s gang and Umuogali Oba youths on the other.

The clash which erupted last Tuesday has continued to linger; thereby resulting in some youths leaving the community in their numbers over the fear of revenge by the deceased’s gang that has reportedly vowed to make the community uninhabitable.

“There were lots of shootings that rented the air last Tuesday and it
continued up to yesterday and the clash is still lingering” said a source.

A resident who pleaded anonymity told this reporter that, “his demise
was a big relief to the community.

He has been terrorizing this community for years now, taking our land and selling without anyone asking questions “.

Maduwa Enendu confirmed the incident adding, “please call me back later, I am at the Oba Police station over the matter”.
